The report is yours, whether or not you continue. If you sign up for a plan, the fee is credited against your first month.

I work in Portuguese and English
I was IT Team Leader and System Administrator at the University of Porto, running IT infrastructure and services for a network of 4,000+ users. Today I build Laravel applications, so I look after both sides: the code and the server.
I've worked on integrations, payments and websites for Worten (a major Portuguese retailer), Zaask (a services marketplace), Iswari (organic superfoods e-commerce) and Gleba (an artisanal bakery in Lisbon, with delivery-platform integrations and payments). I built and run focinhos.pt in production, a management and adoption platform used by animal shelters. I also built and run metproof.com, an SLA-tracking platform for IT support teams.

No. You can hire only the build, only maintenance for an app you already have, or both. Together usually works best, because I know the code from day one.
After an initial conversation, I send a proposal with the scope, phases and a fixed price per phase, with staged payments. Work outside the scope is agreed beforehand, at €55/hour.
Yes, if they're Laravel or PHP. The StackCare Audit tells you the real state of the code and server before any monthly commitment.
Critical issues (site down) within 4 business hours. Regular requests within 2 business days. Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00 (Lisbon time), excluding national holidays.
Yes. I work remotely, in Portuguese or English. Prices are in euros and VAT is added where applicable.
